On 10/14/2026 at about 2036 hours, Alaska State Troopers (AST) received a REDDI report of an erratic red sedan on the Sterling Highway, later located in a ditch near mile marker 123 Sterling Highway. The driver, identified as Erin Mosher, 50 of Kasilof, was found asleep behind the wheel and exhibited signs of impairment. Investigation revealed that Mosher was driving while under the influence of alcohol and was also in possession of a loaded firearm. Mosher was subsequently arrested and transported to Wildwood pretrial detention facility for the charges of DUI and Misconduct Involving Weapons in the Fourth Degree.

On October 14, 2026, at approximately 4:00 pm, the Alaska State Troopers received a report of an active disturbance involving a firearm, in the Big Lake area. Troopers responded and investigation led to the arrest of 57-year-old Houston resident Doyle Duncan for one count of Assault in the 3rd Degree and two counts of Assault in the Presence of a Child. Duncan was remanded to Matsu Pretrial. The investigation is on-going.

Location: Fairbanks, AKType: Non-Criminal disturbanceDispatch Text:
On October 15, 2026, at approximately 2:23 a.m., Alaska State Troopers responded to a reported disturbance at a residence on Henrik Court in Fairbanks. Troopers contacted Anthony Kline, who was intoxicated and had caused minor damage to a door frame during an argument with his girlfriend. No injuries were reported, and no domestic violence crimes were articulated. Kline voluntarily left the residence for the night and was transported by troopers to stay with a family member. The incident remains a non-criminal disturbance, and information regarding the property damage was forwarded to the landlord.

On October 14, 2026, Alaska State Troopers received a report that Pavel Budnik (33) had been in contact with a victim he had orders not to contact. Investigation led to charges of Unlawful Contact and VCOR being forwarded to the DAO for review.

On 10/09/2026 at approximately 0807 hours, the Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks received the report of an assault after the fact. The caller reported that she was assaulted by Jasmine Kignak,(38yoa) of Fairbanks. The caller left the residence after being assaulted. Charges have been forwarded to the DA's Office.

Location: NenanaType: Criminal Trespass 1st x2Dispatch Text:
On 10/15/2026 at approximately 1430 hours Nenana AST responded to a property near mile 290 Parks Highway for a report of trespassing. AST located a U-haul truck with two occupants actively trespassing on the property. The individuals were identified as J Cobb Whitmore, age 47 of Nenana, and Michelle Cummings, age 41 of Fairbanks. The property was marked with no trespassing signs and a barrier on the property was moved to gain access. Charges for Trespassing 1st have been sent to the DAO.
