On October 4, 2025, at approximately 0340 hours, Seward AST received a 911 call about a disturbance at a residence off Nash Road. Investigation led to the arrest of Reign Jack, age 20 of Seward, for assault. Jack was remanded to Spring Creek Correctional Center.

On 10/4/2025, at approximately 1800 hours, the Alaska State Troopers were in the area of Sunrise Road and Hollywood Road in Big Lake actively looking for Jace Fesler, age 42 of Big Lake. Jace had an outstanding arrest warrant from the U.S Marshalls. AST located Jace on Sunrise Road and was arrested for without incident. Jace was transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded and held without bail.

On 10/03/2025 at approximately 2130 hours AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle near Horizon Dr in Wasilla. Investigation revealed the driver, Leonard Hummell, age 37, of Wasilla, had a warrant out for his arrest. He was arrested and remanded at MSPT.

On 08/20/2025 Glennallen AST received a report of a burglary and theft near mile 80 of the Richardson Highway. Investigation is ongoing.
UPDATE: Investigation identified that Gavin Delozier, age 33 of Valdez, had committed the crime of Burglary in the 2nd degree, Theft in the 3rd degree, and Criminal Trespass in the in the 1st degree. An arrest warrant was obtained and on 10/04/2025 Delozier was placed under arrest and transported to Glennallen AST post on a $2500 bail.

Location: WasillaType: DUI, fail to stop at direction of peace officer 2nd degree, reckless driving and VCORDispatch Text:
On 10/3/2025, at approximately 2044 hours, AST was on patrol in the area of Seward Merdian Parkway and the Parks Hwy in Wasilla. AST observed a red sedan recklessly driving. AST attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle and the vehicle eluded. The vehicle eventually came to a stop and the driver was identified as Mackenzie Robinson, age 29 of Wasilla. Investigation revealed that Mackenize was operating a motor vehicle while being impaired by alcohol. Mackenzie was also on conditions of release from Anchorage. Mackenzie was arrested for DUI, fail to stop at the direction of a peace officer in the 2nd degree, reckless driving and VCOR. Mackenzie was transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded and held on $1,250 bail.

On October 3, 2025, Alaska State Troopers remanded Charles Yingst to Fairbanks Correctional Center following an investigation into a theft by deception totaling $48,360. Yingst admitted to entering into multiple business agreements for the purchase of engines and transmissions, accepting payment without delivering the goods or maintaining contact.

On 10/4/2025 at 0245 hours, Troopers contacted James Collins (18) on Peede Road near Brock Road after locating his vehicle parked in the roadway with its lights off. Collins exhibited signs of impairment and performed poorly on SFSTs. He provided a PBT of 0.110 and a Datamaster result of 0.069 BrAC. A firearm was located in the vehicle’s center console. Collins, who is under 21 and on conditions of release for an open, was charged with Minor Operating After Consuming Alcohol, Misconduct Involving Weapons in the Fourth Degree, and Violation of Conditions of Release.

On 10/04/2025 at approximately 1030hrs, the Alaska State Troopers received a walk-in by the name of Raheim Rashid. Raheim requested the Troopers to arrest him for no crime and left after Troopers refused to do so. Shortly after, Rashid returned back to the Trooper Post. Raheim entered the lobby and urinated on the floor then pulled the fire alarm setting it off. Raheim was placed under arrest and remanded at the Fairbanks Correctional Facility and held on a $500.00 cash bail.

On October 4, 2025, at approximately 0406 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to a vehicle in the ditch in the area of Lakloey Dr. Investigation revealed that Jeffrey Hill, 60YOA of North Pole, was intoxicated. Jeffrey was remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center.

On October 3, 2025, at approximately 0647 hours, the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of 24th AVE. The passenger was identified as Janell Williams, 40YOA of Fairbanks. Janell had a 7500-dollar cash performance warrant in 4FA-25-00447CR. Investigation revealed that Janell was also in violation of her probation. Janell was remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center for her warrant and a probation violation.

On 10/04/2025, the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a green Chevrolet sedan traveling on Badger Road. The driver was identified as Wesley Summers. Subsequent investigation determined that Summers was operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was placed under arrest for DUI and transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center without incident.
