On November 1, 2026, the Alaska State Troopers received a call stating Daniel Evans, 33 y/o of Nikiski, was trespassing on a property and had entered multiple dwellings on the property. The owner used bear mace and sprayed Evans. Evans had previously been advised of this trespass. AST located Evans in Nikiski. He had an orange, swollen face. Evans also had an active No Bail arrest warrant for Criminal Trespass 1 and VCOR. Evans was remanded at Wildwood Correctional Complex for Criminal Trespass 1 and his warrants. He was held without bail.

On 11/1/26 at 1300 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence off Gaswell Rd. in Soldotna for a disturbance. Investigation revealed Krista Marie Sinclair, 29 of Soldotna, had assaulted a family member and damaged some property of that family member. Sinclair was arrested and remanded without bail at Wildwood pretrial on charges of Assault 4th degree Domestic Violence and Criminal Mischief 5th degree Domestic Violence.

On 10/31/2026 at approximately1927 hours Glennallen AST and VPSOs responded to a disturbance in the village of Gulkana. Investigation revealed that Joshua George, age 26 of Gulkana, placed a family member in imminent fear of physical injury and interfered with the victims attempt to report a Domestic Violence crime by taking their phone from them. George was placed under arrest for DV Assault in the 4th Degree Fear and Interfering with a Report of a Crime Involving DV. George was transported to Glennallen AST post to be held until arraignment.

On 11/01/2026 at approximately 0107 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to Matsu Regional Hospital reference security advising Mary Mortenson, age 37 of Wasilla, had assaulted a security guard. Mary was arrested for Assault 4 and remanded at MSPT with $500 bail.

On 11/01/2026, at approximately 0338 hours, Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a Chevrolet Silverado near Palmer-Wasilla Highway and Hemmer Road after observing erratic driving behavior. The driver, Isaiah Perkins, age 22 of Palmer, displayed signs of alcohol impairment and was arrested for DUI. Perkins was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and later released on his own recognizance in accordance with the bail schedule.

On October 31, 2026, at 5:23 pm, the Alaska State Troopers responded to a 911 call about a disturbance involving a gun at a residence in Wasilla. Upon arrival, Troopers learned that during a Halloween party, 24-year-old Andru Napoleon-Sengchareun had attempted to sexually assault a juvenile at the residence. When the juvenile denied his advances and asked him to leave, Napoleon-Sengchareun brandished a handgun and fired it multiple times inside the residence. Napoleon-Sengchareun was remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial on charges of Attempted Sexual Assault in the First Degree, Assault in the Third Degree x5, and Misconduct Involving a Weapon in the Second Degree.

On 11/1/2026 at approximately 1208 hours, AST received a report of a suspicious circumstance near Ringler Cir. in Willow. Investigation revealed Shawn Kikvold, age 32 of Wasilla, had an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear o/c Traffic Offense. Kikvold was arrested without incident and remanded into MSPT where he was held on $250 cash bail.

On Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 11:23 pm, AST received a report about three runaway juveniles from the Two Rivers area, near Fairbanks.
Following an argument at home all three children left on foot, dressed for the weather. It has been reported that the children may be at a friend's house somewhere in a nearby neighborhood. All three juveniles have been entered as missing/runaways.

On 11/01/2026 at 14:19 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence in Fairbanks. Investigation determined that Aishanna Angel, 34, of Fairbanks, assaulted a household member. Angel was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Fairbanks Correctional Center for remand. Angel was charged with Assault in the Fourth Degree.
