On 03/27/2025 at approximately 0212 hours, AST contacted a male unresponsive at the wheel of a vehicle at a gas station in Meadow Lakes. The male was identified as Tyson Walther, Age 28, of Big Lake. Through AST investigation, it was determined that Walther had operated his vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and Walther was placed under arrest for DUI, and remanded at Mat-Su pretrial.

On 03/27/25, the Alaska State Troopers responded to an address in Big Lake for a disturbance. Investigation revealed that one of the parties, Jonathan Ooten, age 44 of Big Lake, had a bench warrant for his arrest. Jonathan was arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial for time to serve.

On 03/27/25, the Alaska State Troopers responded to an address in Big Lake for the report of a disturbance. Investigation revealed that Jennifer Redfox, age 41, of Bethel, had assaulted someone with whom she has a domestic relationship with in front of her children. Jennifer was arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial, where she was held without bail.

On 03/27/25, the Alaska State Troopers responded to an address off of Mainsail Ave in Wasilla for a disturbance. Investigation revealed that 2 people who were in a domestic relationship destroyed property of each other. Both parties were arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pre-Trial, where they were held without bail.

On March 27, 2025 at approximately 1729 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received multiple 911 calls regarding a Motor Vehicle Collision with passenger ejection near the intersection of Knik Goose Bay Road and Clapp Road. The ejected passenger and vehicle both left the scene while AST and EMS were enroute. AST located both parties in the area. Investigation revealed that this was a Domestic Disturbance and not an MVC. Michael Charlie, 47 years old of Wasilla, was placed under arrest and remanded to Mat Su Pre-Trial on one count of Fourth Degree Assault (Domestic Violence) and one count of Assault in the Presence of a Child.

On 3/26/25 at approximately 1501 hours, Glennallen AST and VPSOs received a report of a stabbing near mile 104 of the Old Richardson Hwy. AST responded and investigation revealed Jesse Hicks age 41 of Copper Center assaulted someone in the residence. She barricaded herself in the residence and after several hours she was safely taken into custody. She was charged with Assault 2, Assault 3, VCOR X 2 and Unlawful Contact. She was transported to MSPT in Palmer where she was held until arraignment.

On March 26, 2024, at approximately 1:34 PM, Alaska State Troopers observed a white sedan passing other vehicles on the Steese Highway while traveling at a dangerously high speed. Troopers recorded the vehicle's speed using radar and locked it's speed at 114 MPH. They caught up to the sedan and identified the driver as 24-year-old Zachary Shaver. Shaver was charged with Reckless Driving for operating 114 MPH on a highway with a posted speed limit of 55 MPH.

On March 27 2025, at approximately 1343 hours, Alaska State Trooper dispatch received multiple REDDI calls regarding a school bus that was failing to maintain its lane and behaving erratically driving from Fairbanks to North Pole. The driver, Lawrence Dunlap (24M), was arrested on probable cause of being under the influence of drugs while operating a school bus. Two firearms were recovered from the suspect's belongings. No children were present at the time of the stop or arrest.

On March 27, 2025, at approximately 0423 hours, Fairbanks AST conducted a traffic stop at Badger Road and Memory Ave. The vehicle's license plate did not match the VIN. The driver, Edward Borneo, was cited for Improper use of evidence of registration, and the vehicle was impounded.

On 03/27/2025 at 1255 hours the Alaska State Troopers recevied a 911 call about a disturbance at a Lodge near Mile 231 Parks Highway, Denali National Park. During the initial investigation Patrick Leu, age 43 from Michigian was issued a disorderly conduct warning. Later in the same day Patrick chose to break open the door to another employee's room and physically assaulted the other employee. Patrick was subsquently arrested for Burglary 1st, Assault 4th x2, and Criminal Mischief 4th. Patrick was remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center where he was held without bail pending arraignment. Alcohol was considered to be a contributing factor.

On 03/26/2025 at 2052 hours the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop near Mile 205 Parks Highway, south of Cantwell for speeding. Investigation determined the passenger, Charlotte Deschanel, age 33 from North Pole was allowing an individual whom she knew did not have a driver's license drive the vehicle. Charlotte was issued a misdemeanor summons in the Nenana Court for Permitting an Unauthorized Person to Drive.

In September 2024, the Alaska Bureau of Investigation/Task Force Dawnbreaker initiated an investigation into a Kik user who uploaded approximately forty-five (45) videos containing child sexual abuse material (CSAM). The user was identified as Dakota J. Conner (age 28 of Soldotna). On 03/26/25, Conner was contacted and arrested without incident for five (5) counts of Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material, and five (5) counts of Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material. Conner was remanded to Wildwood Pretrial Facility on no bail.
