On 03/15/23 at 2038 hours, AST performed a traffic stop on a white 2014 Ford sedan near mile 50 of the Parks Highway in Wasilla. Investigation revealed the driver, Milysha Houston age 56 of Wasilla, was driving while under the influence of marijuana. Further investigation revealed Houston had 2 prior convictions for DUI in the preceding 10 years. Houston was arrested for the original charge of Felony DUI and remanded into custody at the MSPT facility in Palmer.

On 03/16/23 at 0129 hours, AST responded to a residence on S. Starlight Lane in Wasilla for the report of disturbance. Investigation revealed Jessica Skaggs, age 41 of Wasilla, assaulted a household member and damaged property during the incident. Skaggs was arrested for the original charges of Assault in the 4th Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th and 5th Degrees, and Unlawful Contact in the 2nd Degree. She was remanded into custody at the MSPT facility in Palmer.

Location: FairbanksType: Vehicle TheftDispatch Text:
On 03/15/2023, Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks took a report of a stolen 1992 Ford pickup truck. The victim reports hearing the vehicle crank up at 0542 hours in the morning and the unknown suspects stole the vehicle. The truck is described as "baby blue" with a dark hood as well as a black flat bed with rails on the back. The investigation is ongoing.
On 03/30/2023, Alaska State Troopers located and recovered this vehicle in the Fairbanks area.

On 3/15/23 the Fairbanks Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence off Gradelle Avenue for a report of a disturbance. After AST arrival, investigation determined that the parties separated and there was no articulation of any criminal behavior.

On March 15, 2023 at approximately 2043 hours, AST received a disturbance call from a residence in North Pole. The complainant stated that her son, Thomas Baldwin, became angry and punched a hole in the wall. She then called AST. Baldwin was remanded to FCC and charged with Criminal Mischief 5th Degree.

On 03/15/2023 Troopers responded to a report of a disturbance involving a minor destroying items within a residence in the Fairbanks area. Troopers investigated and ultimately remanded the minor to the custody of Fairbanks Youth Facility for Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.

On March 15, 2023 at approximately 1703, AST Fairbanks received a call from a concerned citizen who reported that a child appeared to be wandering around the neighborhood near Dale Road. Troopers located the child, who explained that he was looking for his lost dog. Troopers were able to reunite him with his parents.

On March 16, 2023 at approximately 1705 hours, AST responded to the area of Badger Road in North Pole for a disturbance. Investigation revealed that a juvenile had been yelling at his father, had ripped a door off of the hinges, and was breaking objects in the residence. Troopers charged the juvenile with Assault 4 and Criminal Mischief 5.

On March 16, 2023 at approximately 1935 hours, AST in Fairbanks received a report of a deceased person in the area of Goldstream. Troopers responded to the residence. Investigation revealed that Beverly Glaves, 56 years old of Fairbanks, to be deceased. No foul play is suspected. Investigation continues.

On 3/16/23 Alaska Wildlife Troopers charged David A Callahan age 58 and Suzanne Callahan age 49, of New Ipswich NH, for making false statements on 2020, 2021, 2022 Alaska resident fishing licenses and PU permits. Investigation revealed that the Callahan's had resident hunting and fishing license from NH in each of those years there for not qualifying as an Alaska resident.

On 3/11/23 Alaska Wildlife Troopers contacted Trina Biship age 62 of Kasilof at the Tustumena Lodge and charged her with intentionally letting her dog out of her vehicle to harass a moose resulting in the moose dying. Arraignment is set for April 11, 2023 in Kenai.
