On 05/19/2023, at approximately 0344 hours, AST conducted a traffic stop for moving violations in Soldotna. Investigation revealed the operator of the vehicle, Kristopher Marquis, age 35 of Soldotna, had a revoked driver license. It was also determined he was on court ordered conditions to obey all laws from a pending DUI and weapons offense case. He was arrested for driving while license revoked and violating conditions of release. He was remanded at the Wildwood pretrial facility.

On 05/19/223 at 1202 hours the Alaska State Troopers in Anchor Point conducted a traffic stop on North Fork Road for a moving violation. Investigation determined the driver, Jason Calone, age 38 from Anchor Point was driving with a revoked license and had already been convicted of DWLR. Calone was issued a misdemeanor summons for DWLR.

On 05/18/2023 at approximately 2134 hours, Alaska State Troopers and the Palmer Criminal Suppression Unit (CSU) responded to a residence on Kertulla Court in Wasilla for a report of a disturbance. During the course of the investigation, Troopers located a stolen vehicle in the driveway and a stolen handgun in the residence. Controlled substances were also located. Investigation also revealed Adam Dotson, age 39 of Wasilla, was violating terms of his probation and was arrested for a Probation Violation. Dotson was remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility. Investigation into the stolen property is ongoing by CSU Troopers.

On 05/18/2023 at approximately 2317, the Alaska State Troopers responded to the area of Buffalo Mine Road for the report of an active disturbance. Investigation revealed that Elizabeth Leverty, age 31 of Palmer, recklessly caused physical injury to a family member. She was arrested and transported to Mat-Su Pretrial where she is held on no bail pending arraignment.

Location: FairbanksType: Motor Vehicle Collision (MVC)Dispatch Text:
On 05/18/2023 at approximately 1951 hours Alaska State Troopers, Fairbanks Post, received a report of a motor vehicle accident by the Farmers Loop Road and Old Steese Hwy Transfer site. Investigation revealed a juvenile driving the vehicle which struck the other vehicle. Juvenile made a wide turn and was unable to make corrections before striking another vehicle. No injuries were sustained. One vehicle was towed due to damage while the other was able to be driven away. Juvenile was charged with a traffic offense.

On 05/19/2023, Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks responded to a possible DUI in the Fox area. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Cherie Colbert for DUI, False Information, and a Failure to Appear warrant. She was remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center.

On May 18, 2023, at approximately 2152 hours, AST responded to the area of Lakeview Terrace for a report of an assault. Investigation revealed that Gwenneth Smoke, age 23 of Fairbanks, had assaulted her sister. Gweeneth was unable to be located. Charges for Assault in the Fourth Degree are being forwarded to the District Attorney's Office.

On 5/19/2023 at approximately 0945 hours, The Alaska State Troopers in Delta Junction was notified of a potential threat made via social media to a parent of specific students attending the Delta Greely Middle and High School. The school went into lock down until the treat was determined not to be creditable. Investigation revealed the threat originated from an international online scam requesting money be sent through a cash app and if payment wasn’t made, then the child would die at school. At approximately 1303 hours, the Delta Greely School District discontinued the lock down, after the treat was determined to be not creditable, and continued with its normal schedule.

On May 19, 2023, at approximately 1634 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a Motor Vehicle Collision with injury at the intersection of Chena Pump Road and Old Chena Ridge. Investigation revealed Todd Davis, age 65 of Fairbanks failed to exercise due care to avoid a collision and collided with a motorcycle. The rider of the motorcycle sustained injuries and was transport by EMS to Fairbanks Memorial hospital.

On May 19, 2023, Alaska State Troopers in Tok received a report that the door to a residence had been damaged. Investigation revealed that the damage was valued at less than $250 and no items were taken from the residence. This investigation is ongoing.
