On 05/06/2021 at approximately 1814 hours, the Alaska State Troopers and Wasilla Police responded to a residence on Kate's Dr in Wasilla for a disturbance that was reported via several 911 calls. Troopers investigation revealed Georgiana Ross, age 36 of Wasilla had assaulted another household member. Georgiana was arrested and remanded at Mat-Su Pretrial Facility on charges of Domestic Violence Assault in the 4th Degree.

AK20095565Location: HoustonType: Warrant Arrest
On 05/07/2021 at approximately 0300 hours, Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a blue sedan on Hawk Lane and Parks Highway for expired registration. Investigation revealed Slade Storud, age 26 of Palmer, had 3 outstanding arrest warrants. The three outstanding arrest warrants are for Failure to Appear on the original charge of DUI, DWLR, MICS5, and VCOR (X2) set at $250; Failure to Appear on the original charge of DWLR $250; and Failure to Appear on the original charge of DUI $500. Storud was transported and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial with bail set at a total of $1,000

On 05-06-21, at approximately 2325 hours, AST dispatch in Fairbanks received a 911 call from an adult male reporting that Bobbi Hallam (age 28 of North Pole) was causing a disturbance at there residence. AST responded and based on subsequent investigation Hallam was arrested for Assault IV (DV) and Criminal Mischief 5 (DV). Hallam was remanded at Fairbanks Correctional Center.

Update 5/14: On May 6, 2021, Alaska State Troopers in Tok were notified of a death in Eagle. The Eagle village health aide advised Troopers that 69-year-old Eagle resident Gerald Goodnoh had died of natural causes. Troopers responded to Eagle and took possession of Goodnoh’s body at the airport. The state medical examiner requested the body for an autopsy. On May 11, 2021, the State Medical Examiner contacted Troopers and informed them that Goodnoh’s death was determined to be a homicide. Investigators from the Fairbanks General Investigative Unit responded to Eagle and are conducting a homicide investigation. The investigation continues.
Original: On 5-6-21 at approximately 1344 hours Alaska State Troopers received the report that Gerald L. Goodnoh (age 69 from Eagle) had been located deceased at his property several miles outside the community of Eagle. Goodnoh’s next of kin had responded to the scene along with the health aid and Goodnoh’s body was transported to the Eagle clinic. The State Medical Examiner’s office was contacted and requested the body for examination. AST responded to Eagle via aircraft and transported the body back to Tok. Further arrangements were made, through a funeral home, for transport to the SME’s office. No foul play is suspected.

On 5/6/21 at about 1844 hours, AST stopped a 2006 Jeep for speeding on Horizon Drive for speeding towards Knik Goose Bay Road. The driver Cole Marks (age 23) of Wasilla had a cancelled driver’s license for violating an IID device. Marks license cancelled indefinitely. Marks was issued a summons for driving while license cancelled with a mandatory court date. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver.
