On 9/11/23 AST responded to the Government Peak Campground for an assault. Following an investigation Lexi Tresham, age 22 of Wasilla, was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial for two counts of domestic violence-related assault in the fourth degree.

On 9/12/23 AST responded to a medical assist on Burlwood Drive. Despite life-saving attempts, at approximately 0235 hours, EMS declared Michael Prince, age 73 of Wasilla, deceased. The investigation revealed Prince died of natural causes. Foul play is not suspected and the next of kin was notified.

On 09/12/2023 at 1700 hours the Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks took a suspicious circumstance call near the general store on Goldstream Rd. Robbie Sampsel was contacted in the area. A routine check showed Robbie to have an outstanding warrant. She was remanded to FCC without incident.

On 09/12/2023 at approximately 1818 hours, Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks conducted a traffic stop on a red Ford Focus in Fairbanks. The driver, identified as Richard Simms (Age 34 of Fairbanks), was found to have a revoked license with multiple previous convictions for Driving While License Revoked (DWLR). Simms was arrested on one (1) count DWLR A.S. 28.15.291(a)(2) and remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center.
