On 12/7/23, at approximately 1810 hours, Alaska State Troopers, Palmer Post, contacted Rodney Spencer, age 35 of Wasilla, on the Parks Highway near Trunk Road. Investigation revealed Rodney had an outstanding $400.00 Kodiak AST warrant for his arrest stemming from a probation violation. Rodney was arrested on his warrant and transported to MSPT where he was held.
