On 7/7/2024 Soldotna AWT contacted Gregor Martin, age 54 of Washington, operating a drift boat on the Kasilof River. Martin did not have enough personal floatation devices for all occupants of the boat. Martin was issued a citation with bail set at $120 in the Kenai District Court.
