On 04/26/2025 and over the course of the following week, The Alaska State Troopers in Delta Junction have received several reports regarding a male loitering around local businesses, refusing to leave, and scaring customers. Investigation revealed, Oleg Khomich, age 41 of Sacramento was brought up from California to Delta Junction by a local rehabilitation facility. Within a week, Khomich was kicked out of the facility and transient in Delta. Khomich was removed and trespassed from several businesses and ultimately arrested for trespass during one incident.
