On 11/18/2025 at about 0027 hours, the Alaska State Troopers were notified of a domestic disturbance near Clearwater Road in Delta Junction. The caller reported Ty Millete, age 43 of Delta Junction, was intoxicated, armed with a firearm, and threatened to shoot a family member. Millete equipped himself with a ballistic vest and made threats that responding troopers may not survive. His words and conduct elicited a high-risk response from responding troopers. Investigation revealed Millete placed four family members in fear by his words and use of a firearm. Millette also damaged property at the residence.

Millete was taken into custody without further incident. He was transported to the Fairbanks Correctional Center and remanded on four counts of Assault in the Third Degree (DV), two counts of Assault in the Presence of a Child (DV), one count of Terroristic Threatening in the Second Degree (DV), and one count of Criminal Mischief in the Fifth Degree (DV).
