On March 27, 2021 at approximately 1415 hours, AST received a report of a wanted person at the Fred Meyers in Fairbanks. AST responded to the scene and contacted Desirae Sam, age 30 of Fairbanks. Desirae had a $250 bail. Desirae was remanded to FCC.
