At 1400 hours Palmer AST responded to a commercial vehicle roll-over at the Glenn Highway/Parks Highway interchange. A single semi-tractor with 40 foot trailer was blown across the lane of travel and onto its side. The vehicle is blocking the left lane of travel northbound from the Palmer exit, Immediately after the overpass. No means are available to remove it due to weather conditions, and the lane is expected to remain blocked until the morning of 1/3/22 when conditions improve. Use extreme caution when using the northbound Palmer exit, and travelling the area in general.
