On 03/18/2023 at approximately 1730 hours, AST in Fairbanks stopped a vehicle on the Richardson Highway for 118MPH in a posted 60MPH zone. AST located a 5y/o sibling to the driver in the front seat with no child safety device. The driver Vincent Misyuk, age 18 of Fairbanks was issued several citations and the sibling was released to the parents.
