The Alaska State Troopers are currently conducting a training exercise at Pearl Creek Elementary School in Fairbanks. This is only a training exercise; there is no public safety risk to the community. There is a significant law enforcement presence in the area, including law enforcement helicopters and sUAS. The training is closed to the public and media; please avoid the area.
