On 01/21/2023 at approximately 2107 hours, the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation near mile marker 114 of the Sterling Highway. The driver was identified as Garth Coleman, age 37 of Clam Gulch. Investigation revealed Coleman was under the influence of alcohol. Coleman was placed under arrest for Driving Under the Influence. Coleman was transported to Wildwood Pretrial, where he was remanded and released on his own recognizance.
