Original: Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks are requesting the public's assistance in locating 61-year-old Norman Hilliker in Fairbanks. He is believed to have been last seen on October 29, 2023. He frequently rides a bike and it is believed that he went into Fairbanks to cash a check. He is a white male, 5ft 9in tall and 155 lbs with brown hair and hazel eyes.
