On 06/24/24 at approximately 0150 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a call for a disturbance in the area of Josephine Circle in Palmer. Investigation revealed Justin Steele, age 44 of Palmer, had an outstanding $10,000 warrant for his arrest for an original charge of Assault 2, Assault 3, and Assault 4 and fled on foot prior to AST arrival. AST searched the area and deployed K-9 Lavi to locate and apprehend Steele. Steele was remanded to the custody of the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility after treatment for his injuries.
