On July 22, 2024 at approximately 3:20 AM, the Alaska State Troopers responded to the report of a deceased individual at a Tok area residence. Investigation revealed Mary Underwood, age 79 of Tok, had passed away due to apparent natural causes. The State Medical Examiner's office released the body to the family for funeral arrangements. Family was on scene at the time of investigation.
