On 9/24/24 at approximately 1240 hours, AST responded to the area of Stacey Street for a welfare check. Complainant reported that there were two people sleeping in a vehicle. Investigation revealed that one of the passengers identified as, Richard Alexander III age (40) of Wasilla, was in possession of a controlled substance. AST seized the controlled substance and issued Alexander a criminal summons for MICS 5 with a future date.
