On September 27th, 2024, at approximately 0457 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to a disturbance off Bogard. Investigation revealed Tom Xiong, age 35 of Wasilla, intentionally damaged the property of another. Tom was arrested and remanded at MSPT without bail pending arraignment.
