On 10/1/2024 at approximately 1300 hours, members of the Rural Services Unit with the Alaska State Troopers responded to the community of Bever for a reported domestic disturbance. Troopers arrested 45-year-old Aaron H. Petruska of Bever for assaulting a family member. Petruska was transported to Fairbanks where he was remanded at the Fairbanks Correctional Center where he was held without bail until arraignments.
