Update:
On 1/27/2025 the blood test from the crime lab returned showing Kelley was under the influence of narcotics during the collision. Charges for driving under the influence and assault in the third degree were forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office.

On 11/23/2024 AST responded to the intersection of Knik Goose Bay Rd and S Royal Lane for a vehicle collision. The investigation showed that a Dodge truck entered oncoming traffic and struck a Ford SUV head on. The driver of the Dodge showed signs of impairment, and both drivers were transported to the hospital with serious injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
