The Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks conducted a traffic stop in the area of College Road. The driver was identified as Bibianna Bennet. Ms Bennet was found driving while revoked and given a summons. A passenger in the vehicle was not wearing a seatbelt and was eventually identified as Paul Williams after initially providing a false name. Mr Williams was remanded to FCC on one count of providing false information.
