On March 19 2025, at approximately 1415 hours, Alaska State Troopers were approached by an employee at the Circle K gas station (2660 Phillips Field Rd). The employee stated that there was an individual who had been previously trespassed from the location and was inside refusing to leave. Troopers located Kiam Willis (24M) inside. A records check confirmed that he had been previously trespassed. Kiam was arrested and remanded to FCC for Criminal Trespass in the second degree and resisting arrest.
