On 4/13/25 at about 2100 hours, Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a silver Kia Soul for speeding in Healy. Investigation revealed the driver, VENICIA WORTHAM (age 32 of Fairbanks) was driving in violation of her Instructional Driver’s Permit, driving without a licensed supervising driver. WORTHAM was issued citations for speeding, no insurance, and a mandatory court appearance summons for Driving in Violation of Instructional Permit.
