Dispatch Text:

A black Dodge was traveling south on the Parks Hwy. It was observed by multiple people speeding around 100mph in a 60mph zone to include a work zone. The vehicle came close to hitting two construction signal workers causing them to jump out of the way of the vehicle as it sped through the work zone. The vehicle was then located shortly after it had crashed around mile marker 348 of the Parks Hwy. The vehicle had rolled over and a female, who was suspected of being the driver, was lying outside the overturned car. It had appeared that she was ejected from the vehicle. The skid marks on the road showed the vehicle entered the ditch as it came up to a curve in the road. The tire marks led into the ditch and showed that the vehicle had traveled in the ditch and hit some small trees along the way. Debris from the vehicle was scattered along the ditch. The vehicle was able to get back onto the road, where it appeared it had rolled over a few times, coming to a rest upside down next to the guardrail of the road. The female and male occupants were transported, and the female was identified as Jennifer Loving, and pronounced dead shortly after arrival at the hospital. The male is in ICU and receiving treatment for his injuries. Alcohol is a suspected factor in this.
