AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for running the red light at the intersection of the Mittchell Expressway and Peger Road. AST investigation revealed that the operator, Trystan Mackenzie (38) of Fairbanks, was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of an alcoholic beverage and was determined to have a breath alcohol content of 0.153.
