On June 11, 2026 a $100,000 cash performance arrest warrant was issued for Kyle Curtin on charges of Kidnapping, Assault II, Sexual Assault III, Vehicle Theft 1, and Assault IV.
On July 15, 2026 the Alaska State Troopers Criminal Suppression Unit (CSU) located Curtin. When CSU attempted to contact Curtin, he fled on his bicycle. CSU Troopers pursued Curtin on foot and successfully apprehended him off Farewell Street in Fairbanks.
Curtin was remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center where he is being held on $100,000 cash performance bail.
