On June 30 - July 1, 2026, the Alaska State Trooper's Special Crimes Investigation Unit conducted a human trafficking operation in the Anchorage area. During the operation, Troopers arrested 31-year-old Anchorage resident Trevor Williamson and 27-year-old Anchorage resident Ismael El Moussa on charges of Patron of a Victim of Sex Trafficking and Prostitution. During the operation, undercover investigators communicated with both Williamson and El Moussa, who agreed to pay to engage in commercial sex acts. Williamson and El Moussa were remanded to Anchorage Correctional Center.
