At approximately 2252 hours on 07/03/2026 AST received a report from Lillian Primmer of Elaine Primmer, 38 years old of Ketchikan, being at a residence in the area of North Tongass Highway in violation of her conditions of release. A records check showed Elaine Primmer to be on active conditions of release stemming from court case 1KE-26-00243CR, a domestic violence case,  which state "No contact directly or indirectly with Tanner North, Lillian Primmer or C.P. and do not go to their home or residence." On scene investigation revealed Elaine Primmer had violated her conditions and contacted Tanner North as well as going to his residence, she was arrested at approximately 2316 hours and remanded to Ketchikan Correctional Center on the charges of Unlawful Contact I and Violation of conditions of release and held on no bail.
