On Thursday, July 23, 2026, at approximately 12:28PM AST responded to a business in North Pole in reference to a motor vehicle crash which the driver drove the vehicle through the wall of the business. The investigation revealed the driver to be under the influence of alcohol to the point her normal faculties were impaired. The driver was arrested, charged, and transported to Fairbanks Correctional Center without further incident.
