On August 24, 2026, the Alaska State Trooper's Fairbanks based Criminal Suppression Unit began an investigation into a burglary from a North Pole Residence.  A snow machine, large generator, firearms, and other personal property was stolen.  Investigation identified William Clatterbuck and Briana Perry as key participants.  On August 26, 2026, both were arrested and remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center for Burglary in the First Degree and multiple counts of theft.  Other suspects and witnesses are identified and additional charges may be filed.
