On 9/5/26 at approximately 2205 hours, AST received a report of a motorcycle crash near Mile 9 N Palmer-Fishhook Rd in Palmer. Troopers responded and investigation revealed that Trey Strout, age 28 of Wasilla, had driven while under the influence of alcohol. Trey was arrested and remanded to MSPT for DUI and Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test.
