On 10/04/2026 at approximately 1843 hours, Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks received a report of assault/DV outside of Tanana. Investigation revealed Russell Moses, 41 YOA, assaulted multiple family members in the presence of children. Moses was remanded to FCC on charges relating to Assault 4th Degree/DV and Assault in the Presence of a Child.
