Dispatch Text:
On October 27, 2026, at about 1500 hours, George Fuller, 63, was traveling southbound on the Parks Highway at Mile 324 in a 2005 Chevy Cobalt, inside a work zone, when he crashed into a vehicle stopped for the flagger. Fuller originally stated that fog was a factor and caused limited visibility. Ultimately, he stated that he was tired and may have fallen asleep when he rear-ended a gray 2019 GMC Acadia being driven by Michelle Johnson, age 31. Both drivers were wearing seat belts; Fuller admitted to drinking one beer earlier in the day. He provided a breath sample for the PBT, which revealed a BrAC. Of 000%. Fuller sustained minor injuries and was transported to FMH by EMS. The Cobalt was totaled, and the Acadia sustained rear-bumper damage but remained functional. Both drivers were issued citations.
