Location: Kasilof, AKType: Assault 4th Domestic ViolenceDispatch Text:
On 4/9/2024 at approximately 1055 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a reported domestic violence assault at a residence in Kasilof. Investigation revealed Jeremiah Jon Lickey, age 43 of Kasilof, had assaulted a household member. He was arrested for Assault 4th Domestic Violence and remanded at Wildwood Pretrial Facility. He was held with no bail pending arraignment.

On 04/08/2024 at approximately 2039 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Lucille Street in Wasilla. Investigation led to the arrest of Aaron Belka, age 50 of Wasilla, for Assault IV DV and DUI. Belka was remanded to the Mat-Su Pretrial Facility and held without bail.

On 04/09/24 at 1600 hours, AST responded to a residence on E. Raven Drive in Wasilla for the report of a disturbance involving a knife. Investigation led to the arrest of 26-year-old Forrest Robinson-Rouswell for two counts of Assault in the 3rd Degree. Forrest was remanded into custody at the MSPT facility in Palmer.

On 04/09/24 at 1800 hours, AST responded to a report of a shoplifter in custody at a business near mile post 49 of the Parks Highway in Wasilla. Investigation revealed a 17 year old male attempted to steal merchandise and fought with loss prevention officers when contacted. The juvenile was removed from the location by AST and charges are being forwarded to the Palmer Juvenile Justice Department for the original offenses of Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Trespassing in the 1st Degree, and Theft in the 4th Degree.

On 4/9/2024 at approximately 0909 hours AST received a report of a vehicle collision involving a single vehicle which went in the ditch in Wasilla, AK. Investigations revealed driver Isaac Davis, age 24 of Wasilla, had been operating under the influence. Isaac was arrested and transported to Matsu-Pre Trial where he was remanded for the crimes of DUI and Misconduct Involving Weapons in the 4th Degree. He was later released on his own recognizance.

On 4/8/24 at approximately 1928 hours Palmer AST performed a routine traffic stop on a vehicle near Eureka and Ivory Dr in Wasilla for equipment violations. During the stop AST located controlled substances in the possession of a passenger, Troy Davis, age 26 of Palmer. Davis was issued a misdemeanor citation for Misconduct Involving Controlled Substances 5th Degree and released from scene.

On 04/08/2024 at approximately 1732 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a motor vehicle collision on Seward Meridian Pkwy near Seldon Road in Wasilla. No injuries were reported but the two vehicles were towed due to disabling damage.

On April 8th 2024, at about 2155, Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation in the area of College Rd and Danby Rd. Upon further investigation, the driver, Brandon Custer, was arrested for DWLR as his driver’s license was Revoked until the year 2099. It was also found that a passenger in the vehicle, Kiona Volkheimer, had a $1,000 bench warrant for FTA on the original charge of A4. Both individuals were remanded to FCC without incident.

On April 9, 2024 at approximately 1340 hours, the Alaska State Troopers Criminal Suppression Unit (CSU) in Fairbanks received a tip regarding the location of Travis Kaiser, 41, of Fairbanks. Kaiser had an outstanding $5,000 felony arrest warrant for Probation Violation stemming from the original charge of Theft II.
CSU located Kaiser in the area of Noyes St. Kaiser was placed under arrest and remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center without incident.

On April 8, 2024, at approximately 1953 hours, Fairbanks AST conducted a traffic stop on a black Jeep Liberty on Farmers Loop. The driver of the vehicle consented to a search of the vehicle for stolen tools. During the search, Troopers observed a crushed blue pill on the floorboard of the passenger seat. Upon discovery of the pill, the driver revoked consent. The vehicle was seized and transported to Post. Troopers are in the process of applying for a search warrant. Investigation is ongoing.

On April 8, 2024 at about 5:18 PM, Alaska State Troopers in Tok received a report of a domestic violence incident in Mentasta. AST and VPSOs responded. Subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of Kratina Gallant, age 47 of Mentasta. Gallant was remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center on 2 counts of Criminal Mischief in the Fifth Degree where she was held without bail pending arraignments.
