On 5/19/25 at 1231 hours, Alaska State troopers conducted a traffic stop on a lifted pickup near Funny River and Mann Rd. in Soldotna. Investigation revealed the driver, Brian Steele, 53 of Soldotna, was driving with a revoked license, had an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear for arraignment (original charge of Driving Revoked and Violating Conditions of Release), was in possession of a controlled substance, and violated his conditions of release. Steele was arrested and remanded with a $300 bail at Wildwood pretrial on charges of Driving Revoked (w/previous convictions), Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance 5th degree, Violating Conditions of Release, and his warrant.

On 5/20/2025, at approximaltey 0900 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to a residence on Drina Court to serve an arrest warrant. AST contacted Christopher Randall, age 35, of Wasilla near a detached garage. Christopher had multiple warrants for his arrest. AST attempted to arrest Christopher and Christopher started to resist. Christopher was arrested and charged with Resisting Arrest, False Info and for his warrants. Christopher was transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded and held on an $8,500 bail.

Location: FairbanksType: DUI, A3 DV, Endanger Welfare Child 1stDispatch Text:
On May 19th 2025, at about 1958 hours, Troopers responded to the area of Hurst Rd for the report of an ATV accident. Upon arrival and further investigation, the driver of the ATV, Robert S. Bendistis, was arrested and charged with DUI, Assault 3, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child 1st degree. The 9-year-old victim was transported to FMH for injuries sustained from the accident. Robert was remanded to FCC without incident.
