On 10/08/2025 at approximately 1942 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a disturbance in Wasilla. Following the investigation, Joseph Lipscomb, age 26 of Wasilla, was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial for domestic violence-related assault in the fourth degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Additionally, Lipscomb was charged with non-DV criminal mischief in the fifth degree for damaging a drone belonging to the Wasilla Police Department. The Alaska State Troopers would like to thank the Wasilla Police Department for their assistance during this incident.

On 10/09/2025 at approximately 1308 hours, AST received a report of a disturbance near Willow. The following investigation revealed that Jonathon Parrish, 68 YOA, caused injury to a household member. Jonathon was arrested and transported to MDPT, where he was remanded and held on no bail

On October 6, 2025, at approximately 12:55 a.m., Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop on a speeding vehicle traveling 85 MPH in a 60 MPH zone near Mitchell Expressway and Lathrop Street in Fairbanks. The driver, identified as Emmanuel Rousey, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and provided a breath sample of 0.166 BrAC. Rousey was arrested and remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center on one count of Driving Under the Influence (AS 28.35.030).

On 10/09/25 at approximately 1751 hours, Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on the Steese Highway for speeding. Investigation revealed the driver, Ashlyn Hagan 22 YOA, was driving in violation of her restricted license. Hagan was issued a summons and released.
