Location: SewardType: DWLR, No Insurance, VCORDispatch Text:
On 11/14/2024 at about 2104 hours, Seward AST conducted a traffic stop on Nash Road in Seward. The driver was identified as Ethan Lane, 42 YOA of Seward. The investigation revealed Ethan was driving with a revoked license (DWLR), without vehicle insurance, and violated his conditions of release. Furthermore, Ethan was recently released from jail for DWLR, had six prior DWLR convictions in the last 10 years, and his conditions of release were related to a crime involving domestic violence. Ethan was placed under arrest for the aforementioned charges and remanded to Spring Creek Correctional Center without bail.

Location: SewardType: Misconduct Involving Controlled Substances, Tampering w/ Physical Evidence, Promoting ContrabandDispatch Text:
On 11/14/2024, at approximately 2037 hours, Seward AST patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Herman Leirer Rd. During the stop, a passenger, identified as Matthew Fulton, age 39 of Seward, utilized the nearby brush to go to the bathroom. While doing so, AST observed Fulton manipulate his clothing in a manner inconsistent with his declared activity. AST was able to search the area and locate discarded controlled substances and paraphernalia. Fulton was later contacted at a nearby residence on Salmon Creek Rd and was arrested for Tampering with Physical Evidence and MICS4. Further investigation revealed nearby person, Deanne Moore, age 49 of Seward, was in proximity of controlled substances and claimed ownership of such. Moore was placed under arrest for MICS5 and transported to Wildwood Pre-Trial Facility. Fulton was remanded to Spring Creek Correctional Center where further controlled substances were located concealed on his person. Additional charges of MICS 4, Promoting Contraband 1, and violating conditions of release were added to his remand where he was held without bail.

Update: On November 15, 2024, at approximately 1:55pm, Tanner Allen Geiser was taken into custody by Alaska State Troopers at a residence in the Anchor Point area. Geiser was located and arrested without incident after information about his location was received through the tip411 app. AST would like to thank the public for providing information that led to his location.
On November 14, 2024, at 2:41pm, Alaska State Troopers attempted to make contact with 36-year-old Tanner Allen Geiser in Nikolaevsk near Anchor Point when he fled on foot and evaded troopers. Geiser was likely able to get transportation out of the area. Geiser is wanted on multiple arrest warrants including Robbery, Vehicle Theft, and Misconduct Involving Weapons. AST is asking if anyone sees Geiser or has information as to his whereabouts, to call 911 or Trooper Dispatch at (907) 262-4453. On November 15, 2024, at 8:43 am, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a commercial vehicle that had slid off of the Richardson Highway at milepost 302. Alaska State Troopers and Salcha Fire and Rescue responded to the scene. There were no other vehicles involved in the incident. Troopers closed the highway for approximately one hour while the truck was recovered from the ditch and the highway has since been reopened. At this time no citations have been issued and the investigation is ongoing.

On 11/15/2024 at approximately 1921 hours AST received a report of a vehicle in the ditch in the area of Isberg Road and Chena Ridge Road. Troopers contacted the driver, William Lancaster, age 32 of Fairbanks. An investigation revealed William was driving under the influence of alcohol. 2 juveniles were in the vehicle with William at the time of the incident. William was remanded to FCC on the charges of DUI and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (x2).
