On 11/29/2025 AST received a report of a motor vehicle collision in Willow. AST responded and contacted William Luttrell, age 71, of Willow. Through investigation AST determined that William was operating under the influence of alcohol. William was charged with DUI, and Refusal to submit to a chemical test. William was remanded at MSPT.

On 11/30/2025 AST received a report of a disturbance in Wasilla. AST responded on scene, and through investigation, determined that Lillian Mabie, age 32, of Fairbanks, had caused injury to a household member. Lillian was arrested on 1 count of DV A4 and remanded at MSPT.

On November 26, 2025, at approximately 1530 hours, the Alaska State Troopers contacted Christopher John, age 38, at a residence on Anthony Rd., in Houston, Alaska. Investigation revealed John had an active arrest warrant (3PA-25-02161CR) for Assault 4. On November 30, 2025, Alaska State Troopers responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence near Kenny Lake. Upon investigation, Troopers determined that a physical altercation had occurred between household members, during which one party sustained visible injuries. Further inquiry revealed a prior incident involving reported strangulation. The suspect, James Kistler, admitted to applying pressure to the victim’s neck with the intent to render them unconscious. James Kistler was arrested and charged with Assault in the Second Degree and multiple counts of Assault in the Fourth Degree, and Assault in the presence of children.

On November 30, 2025, at approximately 0444 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to the area of Mistletoe Dr in North Pole for a disturbance. Investigation revealed that Dawlton Cleveland, 33YOA of North Pole, committed the offense of Assault 4 (DV) and Assault in the presence of a child. Dawlton was remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center.
