  On 3/20/2026, Alaska State Troopers in Anchor Point responded to a residence off Cape Ninilchik for a report of a disturbance. Subsequent investigation determined Amanda Jerde (age 45 of Anchor Point) had assaulted her boyfriend. Amanda was located on 3/21/2026 and remanded to Homer Jail on 2x counts of Assault in the 4th degree.

  On 03/22/2026 at approximately 1830 hours, the Alaska State Troopers observed Seyran Andreasyan on a property near E. Preservation Drive. Seyran held a felony warrant for Burglary 1st degree and Theft 2nd degree. Upon contact Seyran fled on foot. Seyran was apprehended by Troopers with the assistance of dual purpose K9 Lavi. Seyran was transported to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center for a K9 bite to the hamstring, subsequently discharged. Seyran was transported to MSPT, where he was remanded. Bail was set at $25,000 c/p.

  On 03/22/2026 at approximately 1545 hours Troopers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance near mile 89 of the Richardson Highway. An investigation was conducted, and Donzell Mcgaskey was arrested for Assault 4.

  Dispatch Text:

  On 3/22/2026, While Troopers were patrolling the Fairbanks area they commenced a traffic stop on a red pickup truck. During the contact the 2 passengers were found to be not wearing seatbelts. The male refused to identify himself and was advised he would be detained until he provided identification. After refusing to cooperate he was taken out of the vehicle by force and cuffed in the prone position. He was identified as Ryan Ganatta. A check of court documents revealed that he had an active arrest warrant. He was then charged with disorderly conduct and taken to Fairbanks Correctional Center.

  On 3/22/2026, at 1818 hours, Troopers responded to a call for service on Pleasure drive in North Pole. An investigation revealed that Talina Judd (45) was operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested and provided a breath sample of .165 BrAC. She was remanded to FCC for DUI.
