On 10/27/25, at approximately 2314 hours, AST conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Wasilla. Investigation revealed that the driver, Minnie Sampson-Hoffman, age 33, was driving under the influence of alcohol. Minnie was arrested and remanded to MSPT for DUI.

On 10/28/2025 at approximately 0700 hours, Troopers took a report of a single vehicle collision near mile 188 Glenn Highway. Upon further investigation, it was determined that the vehicle had crashed near mile 85 of the Tok Cut Off. The driver was provided transportation to Glennallen by a good Samaritan. The driver was assessed, treated and transported by Glennallen EMS for injuries sustained in the crash. Tok AST has case responsibility.

On 10/28/2025 at approximately 0730 hours, Troopers took a report of a ATV roll-over in the area of Chitina. Upon further investigation, it was learned that the driver was driving on uneven ground, causing the ATV to roll. The driver was treated and transported by EMS.

On October 28, 2025, at 2:53am, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a single vehicle rollover at mile 38 Glenn Highway. Upon arrival, troopers located a Ford F250 upside down in the median with extensive crush damage. The driver and sole occupant, 19-year-old Thor Nilsson of Palmer, was pinned underneath the vehicle and was deceased. Investigation is ongoing. Next of Kin was notified.

On 10/28/2025 at approximately 0530 hours, Alaska State Troopers in Fairbanks received a report of assault domestic violence at a residence in Fairbanks. Investigation revealed Joshua O’Brien, 29 YOA, assaulted a family member causing injury. O’Brien was remanded to FCC on one count Assault 4th Degree/DV.

Location: Delta JunctionType: Criminal Trespass 1Dispatch Text:
On October 28, 2025, at approximately 2006 hours, AST conducted a traffic stop for moving violations in the area of Delta Junction. The driver was later identified as David Kulikovskiy, age 21, of Delta Junction. During AST contact, Kulikovskiy fled the traffic stop on foot. Kulikovskiy eventually was located after AST received information that he was trespassing in a nearby residence. Kulikovskiy was issued a misdemeanor summons for Criminal Trespass in the First Degree and multiple minor offense citations.
