  Dispatch Text:

  On November 10th, 2025 at approximately 1920 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a call about an intoxicated female who was trespassing and attempting to open the front door of someone's residence in Anchor Point. AST responded to the residence and contacted the female. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of Kimi Narusiewicz-Malneritch, age 57 of Anchor Point, for one count of Criminal Trespass in the 1st Degree. Kimi was transported to the Homer Jail for remand.

  On 11/10/2025 at 1902 hours a Trooper conducted a traffic stop for multiple traffic violations. Additional observations and investigation led to the arrest of David Arthur for DUI.

  Type: Accidental Gunshot Wound

  On November 09, 2025, at 12:22pm, Alaska State Troopers received a report of report of an accidental gunshot wound involving two juveniles (12 and 14 years old) in Tuluksak. Investigation determined that the firearm discharged due to improper handling of a loaded rifle while they were out hunting. The 14-year-old sustained a minor gunshot wound near his right elbow and was treated at YKHC ER in Bethel while accompanied by a parent.

  On November 9, 2025, at 11:24am, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a 38-year-old male that had been shot with a shotgun and was transported to a local hospital in Kodiak in stable condition. Investigation determined that he placed his shotgun in the bed of his pickup on top of another firearm and ultimately caused a loaded shotgun to negligently discharge striking him in the groin area. There is no suspicion of foul play.

  On 11/06/2025, Troopers responded to a residence in Fairbanks with reports of an active domestic disturbance.  Upon investigation, it was discovered that Daric Hall of Fairbanks had put his girlfriend in fear of imminent physical injury.  Parties were separated and charges forwarded.

  Dispatch Text:

  On 11/10/25 at approximately 1400 hours Alaska State Troopers contacted Jeremy I. Mangrobang (36 yoa from Anchorage).  Investigation revealed that Mangrobang had a No Bail warrant for his arrest for Operation Under the Influence.  Mangrobang was arrested for the warrant and remanded to the Anchorage Jail.
