Location: Anchor PointType: Burglary/TheftDispatch Text:
On 12/24/25 at 1601 hours, Anchor Point AST took the report of a burglary in the area of Resch Rd. in Anchor Point. Troopers responded and began to document the scene and conduct interviews with the victims. The victims informed troopers of multiple firearms that had been stolen from the residence. While on scene, AST took a report of suspicious vehicle in the Cottonwood Ln. area of Anchor Point. Troopers were able to find the vehicle and identify the occupants as Roen Bice (24 YOA) of Anchor Point, Tabitha George (28 YOA) of Anchor Point, and Stacie Counts (50 YOA) of Anchor Point. Interviews revealed that all three had gone into the residence off Resch Rd. to take various items and that Bice had stolen the firearms. George and Counts were arrested for Burglary in the 1st degree and Theft in the 2nd degree and Bice was arrested for the same as well as 3 counts of Theft in the 2nd for the three firearms. The firearms were recovered from Bice’s residence later that day.

On 12/24/2025 at approximately 2358 hours, AST received a report of an assault around S Johnsons Road and W Hollywood Road. The investigation revealed that Shanley Ekamrak, 20 YO of Wasilla, had physically assaulted a domestic partner. Ekamrak was arrest, transported and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial for DV Assault 4, AS11.41.230(a)(1) and held without bail.

On 12/25/2025, Alaska State Troopers responded to a disturbance in Healy, AK. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Christopher Graham, 19, for Assault 2-DV, Assault 3-DV, Assault 4-DV, and VCOR. He was remanded for Fairbanks Correctional Center.

Tommy was subsequently arrested on an outstanding arrest warrant issued for a sentence to serve in court case 4TO-25-00049CR. On December 25, 2025, at approximately 1753 hours, AST responded to a business property in Delta Junction for an assault report. AST contacted Aaliyah Koenig, age 25 of Delta Junction. Investigation revealed that Aaliyah had assaulted household members and caused property damage. Aaliyah was arrested for Assault in the Third Degree x2, Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, and Assault in the Presence of a Child. Aaliyah was transported to FCC and held on no bail.
