On 10/30/25 at approximately 0940, officers were dispatched to Customer Service for a warrant arrest for Nicholi, Felicia for operating under the influence and reckless endangerment. Shortly after making contact, she was arrested and transported to Hiland Mountain Correctional Center for processing.

On 10/30/25 at approximately 1526 hours, AST received a report of a disturbance in Wasilla. Investigation found that Brandon Nguyen, 21, of Anchorage, had assaulted his girlfriend in front of their child. Brandon was charged with 2x DV Assault 4, DV Criminal Mischief 5, and DV Assault in the Presence of a Child. He was subsequently remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial.

On 10/29/2025, at approximately 2025 hours, the Alaska State Troopers received a REDDI report at mile 49 of the Parks Hwy in Wasilla driving northbound. It was reported that a silver Ford car was swerving in and out of the lane. AST responded to the area of the Parks Hwy and Johnsons Road in Wasilla. While AST was waiting to intercept the REDDI vehicle, AST observed a silver Ford car driving southbound on the Parks Hwy and the vehicle collided into another vehicle while stopped at the stop light. The Ford car was confirmed to be the REDDI vehicle. The driver was identified as Robert Jack, age 24 of Anchorage. Investigation revealed that Robert was operating a motor vehicle while impaired and caused minor injuries to the other driver and passenger. Robert was arrested for Assault III x2 and DUI. Robert was transported to Matsu Pretrial where he was remanded and held without bail.

On 10/30/2025 at approximately 0804 hours, AST received a 911 call stating that Richard Steele, (39) Male, was violating conditions of release.
Investigation revealed Richard violated his conditions of release. He was arrested and transported to MSPT and held without bail.

On October 29, 2025, Alaska State Troopers arrested Diana R. Skogstad for Driving Under the Influence after she was observed speeding on the Richardson Highway near mile 354 and subsequently failed multiple field sobriety tests. A Datamaster breath test later confirmed a BrAC of 0.164, more than twice the legal limit. Skogstad was transported to the Fairbanks post and charged under AS 28.35.030(a)(2).

On 10/29/2025, Troopers received a report of a deceased individual at a residence on Gilmore Trail. Investigation showed that David Stieber aged 73 of Fairbanks had died of natural causes. His body was released to his family, and no foul play is suspected.

On 10/23/2025 at approximately 1743 hours, the Highway Interdiction K9 Team conducted a traffic stop on a 2025 Nissan Versa rental car with aftermarket illegal window tint on Meadow Lakes Loop in Wasilla. Investigation revealed the driver, Sandra Worster, age 35 of Sutton, was in possession of methamphetamine and a handgun with the serial removed. Worster was arrested and remanded to MAT-SU Pretrial on Misconduct Involving a Weapon 3rd degree and Misconduct Involving a Controlled Substance 4th degree.
