On 11/13/2025, Alaska State Troopers contacted Kimi Narusiewicz-Malneritch (57 years of age) during a public assist. Subsequent investigation let to her arrest for violating both a domestic violence protective order and her conditions of release. Kimi was remanded to Homer Jail where she was held pending arraignment.

On 11/13/2025, Alaska State Troopers in Anchor Point received a report of threats directed at Chapman Elementary School. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of a juvenile for Terroristic Threatening. This is believed to be an isolated incident and there are no additional persons of interest at this time.
The State Troopers in Anchor Point would like to remind the public that threatening others can be a criminal offense, and any threats made towards students, teachers/staff and the school in general are considered serious in nature and will be investigated as credible until proven otherwise.

On Nov. 12, 2025, Alaska State Troopers received a report that a juvenile female had been sexually assaulted by a juvenile male at a Wasilla residence. Investigators executed a search warrant at the residence on Nov. 13 and located more than 20 grams of cocaine, 18 grams of psilocybin mushrooms, two 9 mm pistols, $8,805 in cash and additional cash and paraphernalia. The drugs and cash belonged to Reginald Davis, 45, who also lived at the residence. He was arrested on charges including third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, and second- and third-degree misconduct involving a weapon. On 11/13/25 at approximately 1114 hours, AST received a report from an individual with a felony warrant in the area of Butte. Investigation found that Rafael Perez-Vargas was wanted on a $500 felony fail-to-appear warrant on MICs 3, MIW 4, Felony Violation of Conditions of release x5, Misdemeanor Violation of Conditions of release, and was at an address in Butte. He was taken into custody without incident and remanded to Mat-Su Pre-Trial.

Location: FairbanksType: Assault in the Fourt DegreeDispatch Text:
On 11/11/2025 at approximately 2326 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a disturbance in the area of Francis Street and Chinook Drive in Fairbanks. Investigation revealed that Cory Williams, age 38, of Fairbanks, had assaulted Paul Williams. Over an hour later, Paul Williams, age 39 of Fairbanks, assaulted Cory Williams. Both Cory and Paul were arrested and remanded into Custody at Fairbanks Correctional Center for assault in the fourth degree.

On 10/30/2025 at approximately 2232 hours, Alaska State Troopers responded to a disturbance in the area of Biathalon Avenue and Mandeville Loop in North Pole. Subsequent investigation revealed that Christopher Ambrose, age 26, of Fairbanks, had assaulted his girlfriend and broken her cellphone. Christopher was arrested and remanded into custody at Fairbanks Correctional Center on one count of assault in the third degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree.

On 11/14/2025 at approximately 0723 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a break in at the Golden Bear Motel in Tok. Fairbanks Dispatch advised the complainant, (Manager of the motel), reported that it’s possibly Nancy A. Joe and she was supposed to have left yesterday, and she had broken back in. Investigation confirmed Joe’s identity and revealed acts of Criminal Mischief as well as Theft carried out by Joe. Joe was detained on scene and later remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center and held without bail pending arraignment.
