On 12/19/25 at approximately 2144 hours, AST responded to an MVC-D in the Butte. Following the investigation William Adams, age 39 of Palmer, was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial for driving under the influence of alcohol. Adams was held on an OR bail per the bail schedule.

On 12/20/2025 at approximately 0316 hours, AST responded to a call at a residence near Bogard Rd.
Investigation revealed that Kabe Firestack, 33 years of age, during a verbal altercation with a household member picked up a dog gate and threw it into a door causing approximately $200 in damages.
Kabe was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the fifth degree and transported to Mat-Su Pretrial where he is being held without bail pending arraignment.

On 12/20/2025 at approximately 1106 hours, AST received a report of an active disturbance in Wasilla. AST responded to the scene and investigation revealed that Maddison Carter (21 years old female) had committed the crime of assault in the fourth degree. On December 20, 2025, at 1:07 pm, Alaska State Troopers received a 911 call reporting an active road rage incident in Wasilla. The caller reported being followed by a truck whose driver was attempting to ram his vehicle. The suspect was later identified as Reno Magsayo, age 36, of Anchorage. Troopers attempted to contact Magsayo, and he barricaded himself inside his vehicle and refused to comply with lawful commands. Due to the escalating risk and refusal to surrender, the AST SWAT team was activated and responded to the scene. Magsayo was taken into custody after the use of standard barricade tactics. He was arrested on charges of Assault 3rd degree, Assault 4th degree, Reckless Endangerment, Reckless Driving, and Disorderly Conduct. The Troopers would like to thank the Wasilla Police Department for their assistance during this event. No injuries to troopers or civilians were reported.

On December 20, 2025, at approximately 0327 hours, the Alaska State Troopers responded to the area of the Mitchell Expressway and Peger Rd for a vehicle in the ditch. Investigation revealed that Christy Yaska was impaired. Christy was arrested and remanded to the Fairbanks Correctional Center.

On 12/20/2025 at 1431 hours the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop near Mile 210 Parks Highway in Cantwell for speeding. Investigation determined the driver, Steven Chase, age 66 from Fairbanks was driving with a revoked license. Chase was issued a misdemeanor summons for DWLR.
