On December 5, 2025, at approximately 1748 hours, the Alaska State Troopers (AST) received a report from the manager at the Three Bears Store in Ninilchik that Abigail Testa, age 34, of Anchorage had returned to the store and stole again after being trespassed and summoned for Theft in the 4th Degree and Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree, earlier in the day. AST contacted Abigail on a traffic stop after leaving the scene as a passenger and was placed under arrest for one count of Theft in the 4th Degree, Concealment of Merchandise, and Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree.

On 12/5/25, RPSO and VPSO contacted Eric Stevens (45) at his residence in Copper Center, AK regarding his Warrant for Failure to Appear. Stevens was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Glennallen Trooper post pending arraignment.

On 12/05/2025 the Alaska State Troopers arrested Timothy Tungiyan, age 26 of Gambell for Sexual Abuse of a Minor in the First Degree for sexually penetrating a child under 13 years of age at the time of the abuse. He was remanded to AMCC and held without bail.

On December 04, 2025, at approximately 1540 hours, AST received a trespass report in the Delta Junction area. Investigation revealed that Talissa Solomon, age 34 of Delta Junction, was in a previous domestic partner's dwelling and was trespassing. Talissa was ultimately arrested for DV related Trespassing in the First Degree and Resisting Arrest. Talissa was transported to FCC and held without bail.

On December 04, 2025, at approximately 0022 hours, AST responded to the area of Barley Way in Delta Junction for an assault report. Investigation revealed that Sophie Allain, age 38 of Delta Junction, had caused physical injury to her domestic partner. Sophie was arrested for DV related Assault in the Fourth Degree and Assault in the Presence of a Child. Sophie was transported to FCC and held without bail.

On November 28, 2025, at approximately 1737 hours, AST responded to milepost 253 Richardson Highway for a motor vehicle collision report. Investigation revealed that a couple caribou made a bold decision to attempt crossing the roadway, resulting in them being struck by a single vehicle. The vehicle was disabled. The two caribou did not survive their injuries.

On 12/05/2025 at approximately 0842 hours, Alaska State Troopers were patrolling the Tok area. AST observed an equipment violation and conducted a traffic stop on a light gray 2003 Oldsmobile sedan bearing AK plate KJX889. The driver and sole occupant was identified as Erickson C. Sanford Sr., age 57. Subsequent investigation resulted in a Felony Driving while Under the Influence (alcohol) arrest as well as additional charges of Driving While License is Revoked, Violation of Conditions of Release and a Bench Warrant 4TO-24-00115CR. Sanford Sr. was remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center and held with no bail, pending arraignment.
